We were finally able to begin operating Tuesday, April 19th 2011. It has been a fantasic journey to get to this point. Words simply cannot express the effort and tumult it has been to get this simple business to where it is. Visit Our Story for the full details of what's it's taken. We've overcome continents, oceans, poor communications, war zones, military missions, full course loads and intellectual property fights to bring this cart from conception to reality. Entirely from Iraq I was able to purchase the cart, hire a contractor to modify it with an authentic tandoor oven and commercial rice cooker. Using Google Docs I set up our accounting, website and payroll. Kim was able to develop a menu, adding Indian cuisine to her abilities. Kyle was able to take care of a lot of the registration, and in the absents of a deployed bread enthusiast, taught himself how to cook naan. It's been a lot of choppy phone calls, but we're here. Weekdays from 11:30am-2:00pm for lunch. Just South of Gallivan Plaza at 300 South between Main Street and State in Downtown Salt Lake City.
