10/hr, 15-25 hrs/week, must enjoy working outside with fire. The Curryer Tandoor Cooks operate the tandoor oven, a clay pot that gets up to 900 degrees. Duties include working dough into naan, placing marinated raw chicken onto skewers and cooking them to a safe temperature. Cooks must also Maintain a high temperature in the tandoor oven. This is a fun job in a small street food business. Let us know if you can drive and tow the cart, we don't need that now, but may come in handy in the future.
